The blast at the Indian Oil depot in Jaipur has completely disrupted life at the Sitapura Industrial Area. The area has had no electricity or water for the last three days. But that's not all the residents say that even their belongings are not safe anymore as they are seeing a rise in the number of thefts in the locality.
